Phases

Move Movement -- MOVE to a selected place.
Tag Out Defense -- TAG OUT with a benched ally. Only during defense.
Volley Volley -- A basic VOLLEY.
Free Ball Body 0 Volley to an opponent and skip your attack. Can always be used.
Block Defense -- Only used from net. Target feels 1 BLOCKED (POW x2/3)BLOCKED (POW x2/3).

Note that the Movement play Move can be used during both offense and defense phases.
