Rowdy is a special 
Support Play unique to Rowdy Beasties. It has the same effect as Provoke.
Effects
Rowdy makes an opponent Angry for 2 turns, which disables all non-attack actions.
Learnset
Rowdy Beasties always have Rowdy as a play. No Beastie can learn it naturally.
