Effects
Tractor Beam targets the opponent's Beastie that is the closest to this Beastie's current position on the grid that is not currently 
WIPED. That Beastie cannot use Tag Out. This is marked with a visual effect, showing a green beam of light connecting the Beastie with Tractor Beam to its target.
