Trivia
- Pladion's internal name is "platypus".
- This is different from the other Extinct Beasties, whose internal names are all the internal name of their previous form with "mon" appended to the end. In addition, Platypulse's internal name is "platypus2", and it is the only "final" form of a Beastie in the game to have a number appended to its internal name. This may imply that Pladion was originally intended as a standard metamorph of Platypulse, rather than an Extinct form.
