Bildit

Bildit is a Beastie. They are one of the three starter Beasties, alongside Kichik and Axolati. They metamorph into Handicoot starting at Level 15.

Trivia
- Bildit's internal name is "bilby1". It also has an old internal name, "setter1".
- It shares this old internal name with its metamorphed form.
- According to the behind-the-scenes newsletter post Designing Bildit, The design that would eventually become Bildit started from the prompt that would later inspire Servace, a "high energy net attacker." The design was later reworked into Bildit to become the Mind starter, after the art team saw potential in a Bilby with blue fur.
- Later in this design process, Bildit was envisioned with a "gaming" theme, drawing inspiration from Chess pawns. This concept was later scrapped due to Bilbies becoming endangered as a result of European colonization, leading the team to want to avoid later stages of its metamorphosis that would've incorporated elements from European royalty.
